Q1 Conferences:
Our Quarter 1 conferences are happening on Tuesday, November 3. Families can sign up for a 15 minute conference with your scholars’ teachers from 1-4pm. To sign up for a conference, please use this Google Form.
If a teacher has already reached out to you about scheduling a conference already, you do NOT need to fill out the above Google Form. If you request a conference, teachers will reach out to you to confirm conferences via calendar invite.
Be on the lookout for your scholars’ report card, which will be sent via PandaDoc on Monday, Oct 26th from the flagshipesign@valorcollegiate.org email.
A Fire Safety Announcement from the State of Tennessee
A fire can break out with little or no warning. The more prepared you are, the safer you will be.
- Know your emergency evacuation routes at school and at home.
- Do not forget to identify a secondary evacuation route in case your primary route is not available

What is Valor’s AI policy, and how can students use AI appropriately? Join our very own Daren Dickson as he breaks down the what, when, and how of AI use at Valor. There will also be time for questions, so bring your curiosity!
Literacy Night: Homework Support & Organization

Time: 6:00–7:30 PM ( Doors open at 5:30)

We’re partnering with Patterson Institute from Vanderbilt University to bring families an engaging Parent Power session focused on literacy, homework support, and organization. Learn practical strategies to help your scholar build strong habits and feel more confident in their learning!

Valor will be hosting its 2nd Annual Multicultural Festival to celebrate the many cultures that make up our incredible community! The event will feature performances, food, art, and activities representing cultures from our diverse community and we’d love for our staff and students to be part of it.
Families, please consider signing up to host a booth, lead an activity, or support a performance and encourage your students to get involved too!
