Last Call: Join us for the AI + Human Connection Summit at Valor
What will it mean to be human in a world shaped by AI?
Join us for an all-community conversation at Valor to explore these questions together. Open to all Valor staff, students, and families, this gathering is an opportunity to share perspectives, ask big questions, and consider what it means to live, learn, and connect in an increasingly AI-shaped world.
Community Conversation | 8:30–9:30 AM, Thursday, October 8
All Valor staff, students, and families are welcome. No registration required!
Want to go deeper? Join the AI Immersive Experience!! A limited number of spots remain for Valor’s one-of-a-kind AI + Human Connection Immersive Experience. Through live actors and interactive scenarios, participants will step into possible futures and experience firsthand both the incredible possibilities and the real risks of a world increasingly shaped by AI.
Students in grade 7 or above and caregivers are encouraged to attend together! Register here. Remaining spots will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Participants will receive an email confirmation.
Flagship 6th & 8th grade Health Screenings
Each year, 6th and 8th graders are required by the state to be health screened for vision, hearing, body mass index, blood pressure, and scoliosis.
Health Screenings for 6th & 8th grades will happen at no cost to families, on Friday, October 30th during Theatre class (6th grade) or Art class (8th grade)
If you DO NOT want your scholar to receive a health screening, please fill out this Pandadoc by Wednesday, October 21. If we do not receive an opt out form for your scholar by 10/21, this means they will receive a health screening on October 30th.
If you have multiple scholars that you would like to opt out, please fill out a form for each scholar.
Lost & Found Items: Donated during Fall Break
All items in the Lost & Found will be donated during Fall Break. Please encourage your scholar to take a look at the Lost & Found during arrival or pride to see if any of their items are in there.
Here are our items currently in the Lost & Found. If you recognize any of them, scholars must take them home before Wednesday 10/7!
