AI + Human Connection: A Valor Community Conversation
What will it mean to be human in a world shaped by AI?
How can we embrace the possibilities of artificial intelligence while protecting what matters most: our humanity and our connections to one another?
Join us for an all-community conversation at Valor to explore these questions together. Open to all Valor staff, students, and families, this gathering is an opportunity to share perspectives, ask big questions, and consider what it means to live, learn, and connect in an increasingly AI-shaped world.

A limited number of spots remain for Valor’s one-of-a-kind AI + Human Connection Immersive Experience, created in partnership with the Rithm Project. Through live actors and interactive scenarios, participants will step into possible futures and experience firsthand both the incredible possibilities and the real risks of a world increasingly shaped by AI.
This first-of-its-kind school-based experience offers an opportunity to explore how we can use AI without losing what matters most: our humanity and connection to one another.
Students in 7th grade and above are especially encouraged to participate. Students and caregivers are encouraged to attend together!

2nd Annual Network Food Drive
We’re excited to partner with Second Harvest Food Bank for our 2nd Annual Network Food Drive! From September 21st–October 23rd scholars and families are invited to help us collect food and support neighbors in our community experiencing food insecurity. Every donation makes a difference! Stay tuned for more details on how your family can participate.

All Middle School Soccer Practices will take place at Metro Soccer Fields: 1266 Donelson Pike, Nashville TN 37211. If you need transportation to practices please email your coach and the athletic staff.

Bus dismissal plans: Students will release at carpool and go to the front office of their specific school (Flagship or Voyager). They will then be escorted by a school based member to the VCP cafeteria for study hall. They are to remain in study hall until their bus picks them up. Bus leave times are 4:15 on Mondays and 3:50 Tuesday-Friday.
Game day dismissal plans will be communicated from the coach (time of departure is dependent on location and game time). There will be bussing for every game day. When games are at Ezell Road Park, the bus will drop off only. Other away games the bus will take them to the game and bring them back to Valor.

Lovely Lavish Ladies Dance: Our dance team is partnering with the Lupus Foundation of America to raise money for Lupus!
VEX Robotics IQ Update: VEX Robotics IQ will now meet on Thursdays so our club leader can remain in compliance with his teacher duties. Special shout out to Chris Wengert for being flexible with this change and actively creating programs for our middle school scholars to be prepared to compete in high school with VEX Robotics VRC.
