AI + Human Connection: A Valor Community Conversation
What will it mean to be human in a world shaped by AI?
How can we embrace the possibilities of artificial intelligence while protecting what matters most: our humanity and our connections to one another?
Join us for an all-community conversation at Valor to explore these questions together. Open to all Valor staff, students, and families, this gathering is an opportunity to share perspectives, ask big questions, and consider what it means to live, learn, and connect in an increasingly AI-shaped world.

A limited number of spots remain for Valor’s one-of-a-kind AI + Human Connection Immersive Experience, created in partnership with the Rithm Project. Through live actors and interactive scenarios, participants will step into possible futures and experience firsthand both the incredible possibilities and the real risks of a world increasingly shaped by AI.
This first-of-its-kind school-based experience offers an opportunity to explore how we can use AI without losing what matters most: our humanity and connection to one another.
Students in 7th grade and above are especially encouraged to participate. Students and caregivers are encouraged to attend together!

AMC 10 (Optional Math Competition)
We are excited to offer the AMC 10 at VCP this year! It is a math competition that takes place in the US and over 30 countries! Students attempt challenging problems that require critical thinking. It will take place during school on November 13th. The top performing students at VCP will earn a prize! Mrs. Elise Lee has weekly prep sessions on Thursdays afterschool. There is no fee to participate. If your student would like to sign up for the test, please fill out this form by Wednesday Oct. 7. 2nd Annual Network Food Drive
We’re excited to partner with Second Harvest Food Bank for our 2nd Annual Network Food Drive! From September 21st–October 23rd scholars and families are invited to help us collect food and support neighbors in our community experiencing food insecurity. Every donation makes a difference! Stay tuned for more details on how your family can participate.
Teacher Appreciation Luncheon
We are nearing the end of Quarter 1 and we are looking forward to Quarter 2. With that being said we would LOVE to celebrate our AMAZING teachers and staff as they have worked hard to set the tone for the 26-27 school year. We will be hosting the Middle School Teacher Luncheon on Thursday October 6th from 10am-1pm
