Semester One is officially in the books. We sincerely appreciate all of the support you have provided throughout the semester and thank you for your continued partnership in making it an amazing experience for our students.
Together, we celebrated a state championship, incredible Broadway-level performances, homecoming dances, senior sunrises, community festivals, FAFSA workshops, college visits, and so much more. These moments reflect the Wildcat Way! Thank you for everything you did to help make these celebrations possible.
As we look ahead to Semester Two, we are excited to continue building on this momentum and celebrating even more student achievements and successes together. We are grateful for the trust you place in our school and for the role you play in supporting your students’ growth, joy, and success.

Tuesday, January 20th
- 12th graders will be excused from school for a postsecondary exploration day.
- 11th graders will take a Practice ACT
- 9th & 10th graders will engage in activities to celebrate the life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.
- 9th, 10th, and 11th graders will be dismissed from school at 11:30am
- VCP will host Report Card Conferences from 12:30 – 5pm
- More information about how to sign up for a report card conference will be shared immediately upon our return from Winter Break.

26-27 School Calendar
Last Friday, MNPS released their 26-27 school year calendar. If you are curious, you can find their calendar here.
As always, we then take their calendar and draft/revise our own version to ensure we meet the needs of our community and are in compliance with state requirements. We are in the process of doing that and are hoping to finalize and share our calendar in the coming weeks!

ATHLETIC ANNOUNCEMENTS:
12TH GRADE ANNOUNCEMENTS
Graduation will take place on Sunday, May 17th at the Gaylord Opryland Events Center (2806 Opryland Drive, Nashville, TN, 37214) @ 5:00 PM. Each student receives 10 tickets. A form to claim these tickets, and request additional tickets, will be released on March 6th.
