Support Valor’s Athletic and Fine Arts Programming in The Big Payback on May 4th and 5th (OR donate now)!
The Big Payback is a 24-hour event when Middle Tennessee comes together to contribute to the life-changing work of local nonprofit organizations. This year at Valor, we are focusing on two projects from our Athletics and FACE programming: new uniforms for middle school athletes and a portable stage! The new sets of uniforms will directly impact over 330 scholars, and replace sets of uniforms that are in need of a fresh set! Having new uniforms that fit and look nice will allow the students to arrive at games and competitions with a new level of confidence following the mantra, “Look Good, Feel Good, Play Good.” Our FACE programs have a portable stage at the very top of their wish list! A portable stage costs around $10,000-$12,000 and would be used in the gym or outdoor areas for various performances and events. Having a portable stage would reduce the impact on the gym floor and provide scholars with a performance space on campus, rather than always having to go off campus to a nearby venue! This would be a HUGE win for our Fine Arts programming.
Help us meet our $20,000 goal by contributing to Valor between May 4th at 6pm and May 6th at 6pm (or, make your donation early). 100% of your Big Payback gift will go towards supporting the Valor Fine Arts & Athletics programs!
